The 3rd Challenge - Bank Holiday Monday, 2 May 2011 - we'll see you there....

Funds raised from the 2nd challenge after costs circa £3,600 - details of how this will be allocated will follow in the next few weeks - a really big thank you to all who entered - we would not have raised so much without you, the kind donations of all our sponsors and the time from our volunteers.

What a fantasic day it turned out to be and the weather was kind to us too.  Entries had doubled upon last year's and between us we covered 6,282 miles. 

Details on the funds raised will be posted here later in the week as well as confirmation of the results - provisional results are on the Results Page now. 

Lost property:  Ladies gloves; Pair of socks; Drink container, holder and strap; Portable dog bowl; A Football.  These are at the Woodhouse Eaves post office.

If you have any photos from the day, please e-mail them through for us to include in the gallery.  There are a few in there already - they start 2010 as the text title, last years will be taken out in the next few days - Thanks to Steve Collins and Brian Axom for mailing their snaps through so quick!

See you next year on Monday, 2 May 2011........  GIven our success since starting the Challenge, we expect the 3rd Challenge will fill up before the day itself - we may not be able to offer entry on the day - register in good time!  Entries will be available from November 2010.
